Grand Opening of the Children's Trail! with Tedd Arnold

All are welcome to the ribbon-cutting and grand opening of the Children's Trail at Tanglewood Nature Center! 

We are thrilled to announce that renowned children's book author and illustrator Tedd Arnold will be in attendance, to sign books and to help us celebrate. In addition, you will have a chance to meet Dirty Gert herself!

Kids of all ages can enjoy dirt-themed snacks and treats. Copies of Dirty Gert will be available for purchase and signing opportunities. Families can also walk our new Children's Trail, check out the sensory stations, and play on the brand-new treehouse! We can't wait to see you and share our trail with your family on the first Saturday in June.

Nature Center and Museum hours: OPEN Tuesday-Friday, 9am-4pm, and Saturday 10am-4pm. CLOSED Sunday-Monday. Trails are open dawn to dusk year-round.

Admission to the Nature Center and Museum is FREE to all. Please consider becoming a member of Tanglewood!
