So the holidays are over. The best cookies are gone. The tree is taking up space, and your in-laws haven't left yet. Fun? Well...your kids will have fun, and they will learn how to have fun like we used to. Remember playing games outside, using our imaginations, and not spending any time "plugged in?" This is your chance to give that gift to your children. I have seen what a day, or a couple days will positively do for a child's development as they go from being inside most of the day, to balancing that with fun activities outside. Arts/crafts with winter themes, winter themed games indoor and out, and hands-on science education with live animals. Your child will come home with a new ideas for "Mommy, it's cold!"
