Nature Center CLOSED for cleaning

Our annual winter closure will take place this week, Monday January 22nd-Friday January 26th. The museum will be CLOSED to the public as staff does all kinds of fun work like "dusting the taxidermy" and "shampooing the carpets." Trails are open, of course, so enjoy hiking and birdwatching in the meantime. We reopen Saturday at 1pm for the Annual Meeting! 

Annual Meeting. Saturday January 27th from 1pm-4pm. Congratulate the Volunteer of the Year, hear about Tanglewood's accomplishments from Executive Director Elaine Spacher, eat some snacks and settle in for a presentation from Ryan Donnelly (formerly attended summer camp here, now a professional naturalist and graduate student).
