Becky Rawson is a local yoga instructor that specializes in early childhood yoga. During story time today when we read the story the kids will be encouraged to try some yoga poses. They are fun and easy.
Families may bring a yoga mat or towel if they want, and remember to wear comfy clothes. This free Pre-K program runs from November through March 2017, every Wednesday morning from 10am-11am. Each program will include a story for the kids with an up-close-and-personal animal guest.
